" Am Flughafen Florianopolis ist das Problem, dass das Büro und die Fahrzeuge auf der anderen Seite des Flughafenebäudes sind - man wird also von einem Shuttleservice abgeholt (Fahrzeit 15 - 20 min). Das Fahrzeug fasst max 10 Personen und so kann es zu langen Wartezeiten kommen - auch im Büro kann es deutlich über 1 Stunde dauern, obwohl die Angestellten gut arbeiten. Dies gibt zu bedenken, ob man nicht zu einem Fahrzeuganbieter wechselt, der schneller arbeiten kann, obwohl man dann evtl mehr bezahlt. Da sollte sich Foco Gedanken machen! "

" We arrived late at pick-up due to a late connection flight and extra overnight stay in another city. At that time NO-ONE could be reached via telephone at Autoeurope neither in Brazil nor in Germany. We managed to talk to someone at Foco, but they said they weren't able to change the reservation (although I called in time), which in my opinion is a lie. They said I have to talk to Autoeurope to change the reservation. As mentioned above, at Autoeurope no-one could be informed at that time which is unbelievable. If one has to inform them about a change in time, then they have to be available 24/7. This is the last time I book with autoeurope and I will discourage EVERYONE from booking with them. The next day I managed to talk to someone from Autoeurope and they said they weren't "able" to change the reservation, because it is in the past. That is a lie. They ARE ABLE to change it, but don't want to. This is purely intended to harm the customer and get more money. How do you explain this to any customer??? "
