" Ich miete seit Jahren mein Auto bei Auto Europe und war immer sehr zufrieden. Leider habe ich dieses Jahr nicht sofort bemerkt, dass das Auto nicht am Flughafen selbst stand. In der Bestätigung stand Flughafen. Zeilen darunter nur Full Shuttle. Damit war mir nicht klar, dass das Auto gar nicht dort steht! Tatsächlich stand das Auto fast 20 Minuten weiter in einem anderen Ort, der Shuttle dorthin hat uns fast eine halbe Stunde gekostet und kam auch erst 20 Minuten später und hat uns sehr in Verzug gebracht. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn man bereits während der Buchung darauf hingewiesen wird, dass das Auto nicht tatsächlich am Flughafen selbst steht sondern woanders und wieviel Zeit man mehr einplanen muss, vielen Dank. "

" Dollar is comparably cheap, but its location is far away from Schiphol. This takes a lot of advantages away. When you drive to the return location, you need to be careful about the direction. Otherwise you might miss the exit and drive another 20km to find it. Because I run into that trouble, I arrived when they were about to close. So, there was no shuttle back to Schiphol anymore and moreover, there is no proper public transportation on that spot (unless you walk at night for 10 minutes in the abandoned area). Consequently, pay 10 more and make sure that the pick-up and return of the car is at Schiphol. "
